Pricing

  • Super Early Bird: $390 (2 or more tickets $360 each) – available until 30th November 2025
  • Early Bird $450: (2 or more tickets $420 each) – available 1st December 2025 until 31st March 2026
  • Regular $490: (2 or more $460 each) – available 1st April 2026 until 17th July 2026
    All prices exclude GST

If purchasing multiple tickets, please select payment “on invoice,” and the discount will be applied on the invoice. A 6-month payment plan is available, with a $20 admin fee.

Cancellation Policy:
– 50% refund before 30th June
– 25% refund up to 15th July
– No refunds after 16th July

This will be held on Wednesday 5 August during the National Fencing Field Day and provides an alternative activity. The price of this activity is not included in your Conference ticket and is expected to be around $100 per person. The activity is subject to minimum and maximum numbers. Selecting this does not confirm you are attending, it simply adds you to the list of people who receive more info.
